All work is done on quality materials, and is presented in a free acid-free mat and backing as a courtesy.
Work
is done from photographs, usually supplied by the client. I advise clients to take one at the angle they like, then take several
closeups and from different angles for detail. Be sure to mark the angle you like the best!
I
can do special requests- take out a bush, add a tree, your puppy, change the season, etc. The most unusual request was
with the barn painting- I added in the tractor and the manure spreader. Yes- I DID say manure spreader..;) Personalizing your
painting turns it from a house picture to a portrait!
I ask for two weeks from when I receive all
the material to work from, although I do the best I can to work with a client's schedule !!! Quick turnarounds are not unusual
for me.
I require a non-refundable deposit of 50% down to start working- the remainder to be paid
on completion of the work. No changes allowed unless previously arranged and agreed upon.
Please note that I must
also add a 6.25% sales tax to Massachusetts residents.
